CCSM was founded in 2011 by Ruben Desir. The goal of the ministry when it first began was to bring people together through sports and give an outlet to non-believers so that they can fellowship with those who are believers in Christ in a different environment. CCSM has had multiple sports tournaments throughout the year including flag football, basketball and soccer. These tournaments have had as many as 8 different churches participate. Every year more and more new churches are joining as CCSM pushes to expand.
